This role reports to the General Manager and is a fixed-term contract for 11 months.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers upon arrival.
Manage calls and handle the switchboard.
Update customer details in the CRM system.
Perform administrative tasks with accuracy.
Support social media account management.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist, retail front-of-house, or client-facing role.
