I’m currently hiring on behalf of my client based in Dublin City Centre for a Customer Service Team Lead on a permanent contract working 40 hours across 4 days per week!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist with people management experience.
Location: Dublin City Centre
Working Pattern: 4 day week with 1 weekend every 4 weeks, and 1 week per month spread over 5 days working 9-5.

Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the day to day operations and performance of the team
* Preparing and monitoring performance reports and tracking activity
* Problem solving and implementing new changes in order to ensure top performance
* Performing deep dives into business trends and cs metrics
* Continuously evaluating procedures and implementing new processes where needed
* Proactively seeking solutions to upcoming market challenges
* Identifying training needs and actioning in a timely manner
* Delivering monthly team meetings to discuss upcoming plans and team performance
* Performing monthly 1 to 1 meetings with team
* Delegating tasks and offering solutions to enable team to work to the best of their abilities
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service is essential with experience leading a team preferential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive and confident problem solver
* Highly IT literate, with prior experience using a CRM system
* Positive attitude and happy to motivate and lead a team!
* A second language in addition to English would be advantageous - Particularly Czech/Slovak, Hungarian, Bulgarian or German
