As a Commercial Support analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that align with the commercial objectives. You will support the buying team in setting up and ranging products, ensuring a smooth end-to-end product setup process.
What you’ll do
1. Work closely with stakeholders to fully understand requirements and provide collaborative solutions based on a commercial understanding of the M&S business
2. Support the buying team with setting up and ranging products.
3. Take a lead on understanding product set up end to end ensuring that products scan correctly in both the depot and the stores.
4. Work with the Commercial Analyst in Ireland to support updating of daily and weekly analysis when required.
5. Collate any relevant data to support projects. Pricing and Café information.
6. Develop links to other functions within the business that will help with the smooth running of the business.
Who you are
7. Exceptional problem solving skills
8. Advanced MS Excel
9. Ability to interact with the business to understand their needs and how the available data can fulfil those needs.
10. Comfortable liaising with all levels of the business and influencing stakeholders where necessary
11. Experience working in a fast paced environment and demonstrable experience in managing conflicting priorities
12. Knowledge of Food/Supply Chain systems and processes would be beneficial
13. Enthusiasm and desire to learn new tools and techniques
