The Graduate Research Academy is seeking to recruit two research administration professionals to support postgraduate research, particularly through the development and delivery of the Research Skills Development Programme. The roles will be based in the Graduate Research Academy, and the successful candidates will report to the Director of Graduate Research or their nominee.
Maynooth University Graduate Research Academy (GRA) was established with the aim of supporting and developing postgraduate research and is the central support for prospective, incoming, and continuing postgraduate research students. The Academy organizes training, development, and mentorship opportunities to complement the postgraduate research journey. It oversees the Research Skills Development Programme for postgraduate researchers and provides professional development and support for research supervisors. The Academy works closely with the Faculties and other key units within the University, including the Research Development Office, Registry, Library, and other Student Services.
Salary: Administrative Officer 1 (2024): €57,484 – €82,017 p.a. (9 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
