Strategic HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Waterford. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a strategic HR position that combines operational expertise with the chance to drive real change.
About the Role
This permanent role offers hybrid working (1 day a week from home) and requires 4+ years of experience in HR within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compensation & Benefits: Manage and benchmark programs to ensure market competitiveness, propose innovative initiatives aligned with business goals.
* Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, mediate and resolve issues proactively to maintain harmony and productivity.
* Recruitment Excellence: Partner with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding recruitment process and ensure a memorable candidate experience.
* HR Insights: Utilise HR systems and analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
* Engagement & Community: Launch and promote employee engagement initiatives and encourage participation in community and DEI events.
* Policy & Compliance: Keep HR policies up to date with legislation, ensure SOX and audit compliance, and maintain accurate employee records.
* Learning & Development: Coach managers throughout the employee lifecycle to ensure effective decision-making and leadership development.
* Projects & Best Practices: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and champion HR best practices across the organisation.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* Experience: 4+ years in HR within a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and TMS is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
