Marketing Assistant We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to support the regional marketing efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of local marketing campaigns, supporting social media channels, and driving brand awareness through various digital platforms.
Responsibilities: Marketing Meetings & Coordination: Attend marketing meetings and forums to provide insights and collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and strategies.
Social Media Management: Assist in the daily management of local social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
), including creating and publishing engaging content (videos, text, images) in line with brand strategy and objectives.
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance across digital platforms, providing detailed reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Email Marketing: Create and release email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote services, products, and events.
Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with social media influencers to boost brand recognition and expand reach.
Creative Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing materials that support dealer networks in promoting the brand on their platforms.
Product & Seasonal Launches: Help plan and implement product launches and seasonal promotions, ensuring effective rollout and marketing.
Google AdWords Campaigns: Develop, implement, and follow up on Google AdWords campaigns, ensuring optimal performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing departments and other brand teams to ensure consistency across various marketing efforts.
Sales Events & Training: Participate in sales events, trade shows, and training sessions to support the marketing and sales teams.
Skills and Experience: Educational Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, image editing tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of mainstream social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices.
SEO & SEM: Experience in SEO and SEM, with the ability to optimize content for search engines and run successful paid ad campaigns.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
