Job Title: CRM & GTM Systems Manager (Remote Europe)

Your Mission
As our CRM & GTM Systems Manager, you'll be the driving force behind optimizing our revenue processes and ensuring our GTM teams operate at peak performance. Your mission is to streamline operations, automate workflows, and provide data-driven insights to accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimize Sales Processes & Systems: Own the tech stack for Sales, CS, and Marketing, configuring, integrating, and enhancing it to support scale. Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven automation using n8n and other solutions to boost productivity.
* Strategic Planning & GTM Support: Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights. Support sales leadership with sales territories, deal desk processes, and strategy refinements.
* Marketing Operations & Lead Management: Optimize lead handling and campaign automation to increase conversion rates. Support marketing with audience segmentation, AB testing, and compliance-related setup. Drive email campaigns that nurture high-value accounts, ensuring engagement at key touchpoints.
Requirements:
* Revenue Operations Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Business Ops role within a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up.
* Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
* Tech & Process Expertise: Experience working with Salesforce (or HubSpot), CRM ecosystems, and workflow automation tools.
* Process-Oriented & Proactive: Ability to identify inefficiencies, design scalable processes, and roll them out across teams with minimal guidance.
* Collaborative & Impact-Driven: Thrive in cross-functional teams, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive efficiency.
* Automation Enthusiast: Experience using n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
