We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger Clerk.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global company in Greater Belfast, where you will play a key role in managing the processing of invoices and credit notes, monthly payments, and supplier accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Processing of invoices and credit notes
* Processing of monthly payments
* Reconciliation of supplier accounts
* Weekly payment runs; Prepare and issue remittance advice to suppliers;

* Excel advanced level experience
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Good communication skills
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Able to be flexible in line with the demands of the job
