Senior Supply Chain Planner
This role involves managing and ensuring the effective participation of operations teams in the Sales and Operations Planning process. The successful candidate will develop, present, and recommend plans, solutions, and strategies associated with the effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, present, and recommend plans, solutions, and strategies associated with effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process development.
* Collaborate with Product Managers and Sales Managers to develop and implement supply planning to support new product launches, growth objectives, or consolidation efforts.
* Manage and purchase product line inventories, meeting targeted inventory and service levels.
* Maintain the supply network within the supply planning tool and manage purchase and inventory forecasts.
* Negotiate with suppliers on delivery and quality standards, monitoring supplier performance for continuous improvement.
* Assist in resolving supplier delivery discrepancies and participate in special projects promoting business strategies.
* Report key metrics for area of responsibility.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business and/or equivalent work experience.
* Certified or working toward certification as CPIM or CIRM by APICS.
* Three to five years' experience in inventory management.
* High level of competency with Microsoft Office Excel.
* Experience with advanced enterprise-wide planning tools (SAP, Logility).
* Demonstrated leadership behaviors and strong work ethic.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
€45,000-€55,000 per year.
