Responsibilities for the job of Regional Manager/Country Manager include. Oversee the performance of all stores within Ireland, ensuring they meet sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. Monitor and analyse store performance metrics, including sales, profit margins, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets Lead the transition from legacy systems and processes to modern UK-aligned systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Develop and execute a strategy to establish the company as a leading retail chain in Ireland. Analyse the Irish retail market to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities Manage the re-branding of stores and product ranges, ensuring consistency with the UK identity. Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement in Ireland. Lead the cultural integration of teams, fostering alignment with the UK company's vision and values. Identify training and development needs and implement programs to up-skill team members. Take ownership of the Irish P&L, driving financial performance and meeting profitability targets. Champion a customer-centric approach across all stores, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Experience and about you: At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, such as Regional Manager, Head of Operations, or similar ideally within large retail organisations managing 10+ business sites or big-box stores. Demonstrated success in leading market expansions, re-branding projects, or integrating new systems and processes. Experience managing budgets, P&L, and driving profitability.
