The Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Manager to lead their award-winning spa. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager or a proven leader from a customer-focused environment looking to step into the world of spa and wellness. Full in-house training on spa treatments and skincare products will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
* Drive bookings and revenue, working closely with the Sales & Marketing team.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
* Provide training and continuous development to uphold the highest service standards.
* Work alongside the finance team to manage budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, maintaining the spa’s outstanding reputation.
About You
* Experienced Spa Managers or leaders with a background in similar customer-focused industries are encouraged to apply.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team in a service-driven environment.
* Passionate about guest experience, with a strong focus on customer service.
* Target-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to business growth.
* Strong operational knowledge, including sales, marketing, and financial management.
