Business Development Manager (Ireland & UK)
Drive profitable, sustainable growth by identifying and developing new business accounts in line with the company's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business accounts in Ireland & UK, exhausting all potential opportunities.
Reporting and Communication:
* Present a weekly report on progress to the Head of Commercial, using a provided template.
* Ensure regular communication on any changes or updates as required.
KPI Management:
* Demonstrate clear evidence of KPI management in respect of agreed targets.
Credit Control and Cost Management:
* Ensure all new sales opportunities are credit control validated before engagement.
* Manage price increases through consultation with Procurement Manager, Financial Controller, and Head of Commercial.
Customer Engagement:
* Foster relationships between customers and R&D, Technical Support functions, and other departments.
* Represent and promote AllinAll at trade shows such as F.I.E. when required.
Product Development and Management:
* Manage product delists with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
* Coordinate product development activities related to business development efforts.
Credentials and Requirements:
* Experience in the Food Industry, ingredients, and technical experience preferred.
