Human Resources Partner 0.5WTE (17.5 hours) Indefinite duration contract H.S.E.
funded Based in Harold's Cross The post holder will work in partnership with managers and staff in the Medical department to provide advice and support on all HR matters and industrial relations matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Director of Human resources & Training and the HR team to implement the HR strategy to include HR related training, projects, initiatives and policy.
Essential Requirements Qualifications Relevant Third level qualification in Human Resources CIPD membership Experience Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience working in a fast-paced HR department 1 years' experience in a HR Partner role Experience with industrial relations matters Experience delivering training to groups and facilitating teams A strong background in project management Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, i.e.
Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint etc. Experience of reporting from HR/Payroll system, preferably SAP Desirable Requirements Qualifications Degree level qualification in Human Resources Experience Experience in a HR role in a healthcare environment Experience with and knowledge of Public Sector Superannuation schemes Experience representing employer at third party forums under the auspices of the Workplace Relations Commission Informal enquiries are most welcome.
