A Unique Opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to take ownership of their role as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our technicians to achieve the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking ownership of processes that support the customer experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the garage
* Answering calls, organising the full process of the customer's journey, from initial contact to completion
* Facilitating a team of excellent technicians and managing all customer communication
* Meeting with the workshop manager and technicians daily to discuss events and priorities
* Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining clear and concise communication with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential; a passion for cars and willingness to learn are also valuable assets
* Commercial awareness and the ability to understand business decisions and their impact
* Natural ability to communicate well and motivate peers to maintain a fast-paced momentum
