About the role As a result of the continued growth of the firm and exciting plans for further expansion in Ireland, RSM Ireland are recruiting a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our diverse and progressive tax team. The role will provide the candidate with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. The candidate will focus on all aspects of transfer pricing planning, documentation, benchmarking, valuations, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements. Responsibilities: Demonstrate knowledge of complex transfer pricing concepts and collaborate with clients to understand their business models, value chains, and intercompany transactions and develop effective transfer pricing strategies. Conduct economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and financial modelling to determine appropriate transfer pricing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Assist clients in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and country-by-country reports to comply with local and international regulations, ensuring that it supports the company's positions in case of tax authority scrutiny. Offer guidance and advice on transfer pricing matters, such as restructuring, intellectual property valuation, intercompany agreements, and more. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and team members' work. Mentor a team of transfer pricing professionals, providing guidance, and fostering their professional development. About the ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law. At least 4 years' transfer pricing experience in a consulting environment. Strong technical knowledge, more specifically international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines. Knowledge of transfer pricing of financial transactions will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using relevant tools and software for economic analysis and financial modelling. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Project management skills and can lead a team and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
