Job Title: Customer Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating checkouts accurately, and maintaining high standards of stock management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Listening to and understanding customers' needs, advising on products and services
* Operating all checkouts accurately and efficiently
* Ensuring daily stock replenishment while complying with company stock rotation processes
* Maintaining effective merchandise display to enhance sales
* Confirming correct pricing and labelling of stock
Working Hours:
Full-time and part-time positions are available at 16 and 37.5 hours, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to midnight, with flexibility required.
