Job DescriptionAs part of the Global Marketing team, the Digital Communication Specialist will play a key role in supporting Sia's digital communication strategy.
This includes managing our social media presence and our websites, driving digital campaigns, and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure the effectiveness of our communication efforts.
The ideal candidate is fluent in French and passionate about digital engagement, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing community engagement across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.
) Planning and executing digital campaigns to increase visibility and support business objectives Coordinating improvements, updates, revamping, etc.
on our websites in collaboration with internal teams Ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on digital communication KPIs to assess campaign performance and optimize strategy Ensuring proper integration between digital communication actions and our CRM platform Monitoring digital trends and proposing new ideas and tools to enhance our online presence Working with marketing and business teams to align digital communication with overall marketing strategy Qualifications2+ years of experience in digital communication, social media management, or digital marketing Native French speaker (mandatory) Fluent in English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal Master's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field Experience with community management, web content management systems, campaign performance tracking tools, and social media analytics Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment Additional InformationSia is an equal opportunity employer.
