We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory for a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are central to all we do.
37.5 hours per week (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
* Exhibit a high degree of clinical and professional leadership, overseeing the coordination, evaluation, planning, provision, and evaluation of service user care by all employees in the assigned area or areas.
* Respect and participate in the creation and upkeep of policies, procedures, and standards that align with the best possible patient care.
* Assess and oversee the application of best practice policies and procedures, such as those pertaining to admission and discharge, inventory and equipment control and use, and grievance and disciplinary procedures.
* As assigned by the ADON/Operations Manager, exercise control over the Cardiac Catheterisation laboratory.
* To provide the best possible care delivery in the assigned area or areas, provide the required staffing, supervision, and coordination.
* When necessary, offer front-line employees and Clinical Nurse Manager 1 assistance and supportive supervision.
* Encourage a clinical learning environment while supervising and evaluating student nurses.
Requirements
* Be registered in the General Division of the active Register held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered.
* Possess a minimum of five years of experience after registering, two of which must be in a specialization or related field.
* Provide proof of ongoing professional development.
* To effectively carry out the duties of the position, candidates must have the necessary skills and knowledge, including a high degree of appropriateness and clinical, management, and administrative aptitude.
