They are currently working on some of the largest and most prestigious projects in Ireland.This is a great opportunity for an ambitious architect to work at a practice with structured professional development and excellent promotion opportunities.Their head office is conveniently located in the city center right beside a dart station, luas, and key bus routes.Responsibilities include the production of design solutions including drawings, schedules, technical submittals, and other documentation required in an agreed timeframe. You will liaise with the Client, Construction Team, and other stakeholders as required to ensure a smooth handover of the design package to the construction team.Design and Draft in both CAD and Revit.RequirementsAbility to manage and deliver complex projects from RIAI workstages 1-8.Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD essential - Adobe, Sketchup, and MS Office skills are an advantage.Excellent technical ability and design skills, demonstrable through previous project experience essential.Ability to manage time to meet both project and team requirements.Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work within a fast-paced environment.Experience managing significant elements of large-scale, complex projects is a benefit.A team collaborator, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the design team and other consultants.An effective motivator, able to lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to junior members of the team.Ability to direct, oversee, and check the output of junior team members.Excellent organisational skills, able to achieve deliverables on time and within project constraints, identifying opportunities for improvement and anticipating risks and issues ahead of time.PackageSalary €45k - €65k negotiable based on experience.
