As a Finance Administration Assistant, will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, with a focus on payroll, payment reconciliation, and administrative management.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Support:
Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Financial Reporting:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including chasing debtors and ensuring timely payments.
Enter day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts as needed.
Support the head office team in administrative tasks and maintaining records.
Requirements:
Experience with Payroll and ability to carry out the monthly/weekly process is crucial.
Experience in an admin/clerical role, ideally in an Office Manager capacity.
Strong bookkeeping skills; the role functions as the finance point of contact on-site, managing tasks like posting journals and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
They will be aided by head-office.
Remuneration:
