Job Description:
This is an exciting role with significant growth potential to help build new capabilities within the NAVLIN ecosystem of products that help pharmaceutical companies commercialise and launch medicines around the world through best-in-class market access and pricing data and software. The new NAVLIN Insights pillar aims to bring together the data and software to generate new, unique KPI metrics and reporting dashboards to meet fast-evolving, strategic customer needs. This requires building new visualisation tools and dashboards on top of existing/internal data as well as incorporating external/third party data to visually track comparative performance and benchmark competitive success. Preferred location is in London (UK) but we are open to other locations.
The person in this role will be working across pricing software, price and access data & analytics to lead delivery of innovative offerings that meet complex and varied customer needs. The ideal candidate should have experience working in or with the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within pricing/market access, and have experience in developing B2B software/data products. The person will engage with customers and translate their needs into internal product development cycles. The person will be part of a team of 200+ professionals serving 100+ customers collaboratively on global pricing, market access and real-world evidence challenges in countries around the world.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with customers in defining and understanding price and access challenges and solutions, needs, and outcomes, and manage the execution of the product roadmap.
* Lead solution and consulting projects to assist clients in optimizing their price and access decisions and insights and tracking the price and access landscape.
* Creation of new reporting dashboards and enhancement of existing ones as per client needs.
* Manage execution of the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy of new releases.
* Translate high-level customer requirements into wireframe mock-ups and user stories of product functionalities and enhancements.
* Manage and prioritise an agile release backlog, including functionality, UI/UX, back-end and front-end enhancements.
* Work with the price and access solution software and data product teams to implement requirements and manage testing.
* Assist in selling, planning, organizing and leading various projects, programs and services both internally and externally related to pricing and market access.
* Engage in broader client engagements (consulting, new product development and thought leadership).
* Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Education: An MBA or Advanced Degree in Economics, Health Policy or other relevant area of study could be a significant plus.
* Experience and/or Training: Significant (3+) years of experience in pharmaceutical price and market access is desired.
* Licenses/Certificates: None.
* Technology/Equipment: Good understanding of Business Intelligence visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, HighCharts and Qlike Sense is a plus. Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills. Previous experience of software/data product ownership or management, as well as principles of database management, enterprise architecture and systems analysis is desired.
