Bid Coordinator - Cork
Our client is looking for a proactive and motivated professional eager to join their growing team as Bid Coordinator. Our client, an established national business, is renowned for delivering exceptional, sustainable solutions.
As Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for working with senior leadership across public and private tenders to ensure further strategic growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the entire bid process from initial Request For Information/ Pre-Qualification Questionnaire stages to final tender submission.
2. Managing public and private tender processes.
3. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to pinpoint target markets and assist in executing business growth strategies.
4. Leading targeted lead generation efforts for specified client lists.
5. Serving as the primary point of contact for the bid team.
6. Maintaining and organizing bid documentation and correspondence.
7. Producing final bid submissions and related customer documentation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
8. At least 3 years experience working as a bid specialist/admin or coordinator.
9. A qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
10. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various team members.
11. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
12. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
13. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
