Job Title: PA / Administrator
We are recruiting for a permanent PA / Administrator to join our growing team based in West Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled office administrator to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal assistant support to the Managing Director
* Organizing meetings, preparing materials, and collaborating with team members
* Managing calendars and schedules while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Compiling monthly board packs and distributing them promptly
* Processing approvals for expense claims and related documentation
* Coordinating event logistics and supporting companywide events
* Assisting with CRM, resource planning, and strategy applications
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of office administration experience
* Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Experience in graphic design and presentation creation is advantageous
