Deputy Manager Role in Laois
The Centre is a mainstream residential Centre for young people aged 13 to 17. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the management team and contributing to the overall success of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the management team in daily operations
* Leading and guiding staff to deliver high-quality care and services
* Monitoring and evaluating service delivery, identifying areas for improvement
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care or relevant field
* 3 years' post-qualification work experience in a children's/residential care setting
* Full Clean Driver's License preferred
