Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Funds Services Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the fund, responsible for financial monitoring, client reporting, and team coordination. You will also lead, develop, and coach team members, act as a central point of contact for clients, and manage relationships with service providers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing all operational aspects of the fund;
* Financial monitoring of the client portfolio;
* Production of client reporting and review of Fund NAVs;
* Coordination and validation of all work delivered by the team;
* Leading, developing, and coaching team members;
* Acting as a central point of contact for clients;
* Managing relationships with service providers;
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* More than 5 years of fund administration experience, ideally in Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, or Fund of Fund asset classes;
* Familiarity with various fund structures, NAV calculation, transfer agency, equalisation, waterfall calculation, and tax compliance;
* A relevant professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA is desirable;
* Strong team spirit, ability to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for directions when appropriate.
