Our Client is looking for someone to join there quickly expanding team in the pharma industry, someone who is self motivated and has a willingness to learn Key Responsibilities Schedule and confirm calls and meetings with customers.
Arrange and manage Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) for customer projects.
Process customer orders and handle billing to ensure accurate transactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
Requirements 2-3 Years experience in a similar role Pharma experience is beneficial Strong computer skills
