Agri-Sales Management Role
This role is a key position in our company, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within the agricultural sector.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Agri Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
* Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural contractors, and distributors.
* Provide technical knowledge and product recommendations to customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
* Support pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
* Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
* Train and mentor sales team members.
* Deputise for the Sales Manager in their absence.
Requirements
* Experience in agri-sales, construction sales or related fields.
* Management experience, including new business generation.
* Familiarity with pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
* Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Business or related field.
* Understanding of agriculture industry regulations and sustainability practices.
