The Graduate Programme is a one-year development opportunity that equips graduates with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career at Glenveagh Properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the implementation of project quality processes and procedures with project teams.
* Support project quality audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System.
* Monitor the closeout of issues and defects.
* Analyse trends in project quality statistics.
* Maintain and update project quality documentation.
* Update and issue weekly project quality reports.
* Coordinate and liaison with all parties involved in a construction project.
Requirements:
* A minimum of Level 7/8 degree in a related field obtained within the last 2 years or currently working towards.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Quality focused.
* IT literate.
