Overview:
The Market Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting business decisions by collecting, analyzing, and reporting market data. This position is responsible for coordinating market intelligence projects from initiation to completion, ensuring business objectives and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, products, and competitors to inform business strategies.
2. Present market intelligence data in a clear and compelling manner, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions.
3. Transform complex data into meaningful and insightful reports, visualizations, and communications to inform business choices.
4. Lead and manage projects, including project scoping, process mapping, stakeholder liaison, milestone tracking, and rollout planning.
5. Develop and execute project plans aligned with business goals, incorporating sources, methodologies, timelines, and resource estimates.
6. Ensure accuracy and thoroughness when identifying and defining requirements, participating in requirements meetings.
7. Set project and task deadlines, monitor progress, and prepare project status reports for management.
8. Share, organize, and archive projects and data securely.
9. Coordinate projects with external partners and stakeholders.
10. Maintain adherence to Cook's Code of Conduct in all business matters undertaken on behalf of the company.

Qualifications:

1. Third-level qualification in a related field is desired but not essential.
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in market research and data analysis is required.
3. Proven ability to analyze market data from various sources and present findings, analysis, and recommendations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
5. Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is preferred but not mandatory.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
7. Experience with visualization platforms like MS Power BI is advantageous.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills with the ability to maintain objectivity at all times.
10. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
11. Availability and willingness to travel on company business as required.
