They are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant / Office Manager for a new Nenagh office.
Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and support customer service / admin staff Ensure customer invoices are issue issued and payments are received and posted in a timely manner Process supplier invoices and ensure appropriate approvals are received for payment Analysis, reconciliation and posting of credit cards payments and other charges Monitor payments and receipts and provide ongoing cash-flow information Preparing monthly bank reconciliations Assist with the preparation of the monthly Management Accounts Preparation of VAT, RTD returns Assist with both internal and external audit queries Other accounts admin duties as they arise Qualifications / Technical Knowledge / IT Skills Previous accounts experience is essential Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
