We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and AR Executive to join our team in West Cork.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide assistance and cover for leave within the payroll function.
* Process weekly wages, prepare, plan, and manage Payroll reporting.
* Liaise with Operations and HR departments to ensure smooth communication.
* Post and allocate bank transactions, process invoices, and manage returns and credits.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from an SME environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and payroll packages.
* Certification in a relevant field or payroll is desirable.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with immediate interview availability. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with excellent technical skills and a strong attention to detail.
The selected candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and AR functions.
