Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to manage our accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate invoicing and up-to-date customer records.
Key Responsibilities
* Invoicing and Payment Collection: Prepare and send invoices to clients, undertake account and statement reconciliations, and meet collections targets.
* Provide month-end reports including aged debt.
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Diploma or equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration (preferred).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
