Senior Architectural Technologist
Based in Dublin, you will be working for a renowned architectural firm with an excellent reputation for their work on various projects, including high-rise residential buildings, large industrial clients, universities, and healthcare facilities.
Job Description:
You will be primarily involved in the technical planning and detailing of large projects specifically for the Healthcare and Education sector. This role offers autonomy to run projects and manage your time effectively.
The firm will implement full BIM (Building Information Modelling) on projects, requiring proficiency in Revit 3D software. You will collaborate with an experienced team of architects and technologists in a collaborative atmosphere.
Requirements:
* An architectural degree in Architectural Technology
* 10+ years of experience in a practice or contractor design-related discipline
* Competency in using Revit 3D software, producing models and detailing software
* Knowledge of BIM and working with other consultancies and contractors
* Healthcare or education experience is a distinct advantage, but profiles are also considered for candidates with large-scale residential or commercial experience
