LMH Engineering is seeking to fill a number of experienced Project Manager roles to join our dynamic team in Ireland (Dublin) and projects across Europe. If you have a background in managing large-scale industrial projects and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interface: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
2. Health and Safety: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
3. QA/QC Compliance: Oversee quality assurance and control throughout all project phases.
4. Programme Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
5. Budget Management: Control project budgets to meet financial goals.
6. Resource Planning: Coordinate labour, plant, and equipment requirements.
7. Procurement Management: Oversee procurement and manage vendor relationships.
8. Site Installation Support: Assist on-site teams during installation phases.
9. Project Monitoring: Track and evaluate project performance based on KPIs.
10. Internal Communication: Maintain strong coordination with internal teams.
11. Commercial Awareness: Stay aware of financial aspects to align projects with business goals.
12. Scope Analysis: Review and ensure alignment between project scope, budget, and goals.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar project management role.
3. Skills:
* Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
* Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
* Solid knowledge of safety regulations.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing large industrial projects, such as data centres, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the project aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs), meeting deadlines, and coordinating all scopes of work with design and manufacturing teams.
