Audi, one of the world’s most iconic and recognised brands, is recruiting for a Digital & CX Manager in Ireland. At Audi we are creating the future of premium mobility. We are looking to recruit a customer focused digital & CX manager who will enhance our customer journey by understanding customers' interactions with the Audi brand across multiple platforms, as well as designing strategies to ensure a seamless experience for customers. In this role, you will be a central player in shaping Audi Ireland’s future digital footprint as we embark on a new era of mobility.
As Digital & CX Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with the wider Marketing team to develop and deliver the best possible user experience to our target audience. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from digital and marketing professionals, while contributing to the growth and success of Audi.
Audi Ireland | Digital & CX Manager (12 Month Contract)
About the Role:
CX is responsible for overseeing Audi's customer experience strategy and execution from start to finish. They take a holistic view of CX to ensure that all customer touch-points are consistent and effective, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of online marketing performance, digital projects and website management. They will be working with the wider marketing team, supporting business divisions and external agencies. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will assist in the formulation of digital strategies that build lasting connections with customers.
* Analyse customer feedback & identify areas of improvement, and create comprehensive programs to retain current customers
* Responsible for managing the customer journey; this includes understanding customers' needs and expectations, as well as developing strategies to ensure that their experience is positive throughout the entire lifecycle of their product or service
* Develop and manage omni-channel customer experiences; including understanding customers' interactions with the Audi brand across multiple platforms, as well as designing strategies to ensure a seamless experience for customers
* Plan, execute and monitor ongoing brand presence across digital channels with particular focus on content for key brand campaigns
* Work with Audi AG (HQ) implementing new digital customer solutions in the market
* Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across paid, owned and earned media channels in line with category plans and acquisition/retention strategy
* Manage our paid search & paid social media campaign performance with external agencies
* CMS management: Maintain website content as required
* Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support digital marketing campaigns KPI’s and create actionable insights
* Manage & mentor the Department’s Digital Marketing Executive role
About You:
* Ideally at least 3 years in a similar role
* Experience with website management and optimization, including content updates and SEO
* Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics– able to provide insight from statistics and spot opportunities
* Highly organised – able to work to tight deadlines with multiple projects
* Understanding business requirements and IT project methodology
* Customer orientated – able to understand and identify needs of different customer groups and segments
* Proven track record of building strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues across different departments
* Proven track record of managing budgets and third-party suppliers
* Passion for the automotive industry, innovation and change with an ability to demonstrate being the champion of projects
* Full Driver’s license
