French and Dutch Speaking Project Administrator
This is a role for a highly organised, proactive and dynamic individual who can provide administrative support to project managers.
Main Duties:
* Provide scheduling and resource utilisation support to project managers.
* Liaise with field colleagues and assist with engineer visits and resource scheduling.
* Respond efficiently to customer enquiries and adjust scheduling as necessary due to cancellations or changes.
* Maintain multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are progressing as expected.
* Prepare plans and schedules for each project and report on profitability to key stakeholders.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and colleagues.
Candidate Profile:
* Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken) - Essential.
* Experience in business to business, administrative roles - Essential.
* Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* IT literate and proficient in Excel.
