Who Should Apply?
Ideal candidates will have:
* Newly Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA) with 0–2 years' post-qualification experience.
* Big 4/Top 10 trained, ideally with financial services audit experience.
* Strong academic background.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proactive mindset with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role supports global finance activities and will involve:
* Regulatory Support – Assisting the finance team with regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
* Month-End Close – Supporting the close of monthly books and records in North America and EMEA.
* Reconciliations – Assisting with reconciliations and cash management of global management company accounts.
* Audit & Financial Statements – Helping with the preparation of financial statements and coordination of audit completion.
* Management Reporting – Assisting with the preparation of internal management reporting materials.
* Projects – Contributing to global finance projects and ongoing process improvements.
* Ad Hoc Analysis – Providing flexible support for finance-related tasks and initiatives as they arise.
* Efficiency Focus – Identifying areas for operational improvements and enhanced financial processes.
