Job Title: Contracts Manager / Project Manager
Mallusk, local to the area, Social Housing Maintenance role available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with clients.
* Recording and tracking corrective actions, non-conformities, and improvements.
* Effective management of applications using our internal systems.
* Daily overview of planning and scheduling work with Depot Planning Teams.
Requirements:
* Experience in the Construction Industry, preferably 3+ years as a PM/CM.
* Ideal candidate would hold a degree education.
* Prior experience within the Social Housing sector, either build or maintenance.
* Advantageous to have planned maintenance experience and knowledge of NEC & MTC Contracts.
* A valid UK Driver's License is required, along with possession of a CSR Card.
* Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and IT skills are essential.
