About the Role:
We are seeking an IT Professional to join our team, providing technical support and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
User Support
* Utilize eHelp to document problem resolutions for end-users.
* Recognize user needs and provide solutions related to desktop software, hardware, and common systems.
* Train users in efficient software use and self-sufficiency.
Business Analysis
* Participate in business planning and align IT functions with business needs.
Software Design, Development, and Implementation
* Facilitate new software design, development, installation, and utilization according to agreed systems and architecture.
IT Organization Support
* Communicate and support activities of fellow IT staffs in Telecom, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, ERP, and PMO groups.
* Participate in SME group activities.
Training
* Train users to employ tools and services effectively.
* Train IT professionals to improve tools and services.
* Train business professionals to utilize analysis tools for information generation.
Administration
* Coordinate internal and external resources for maintenance and support of installed I.T. infrastructure.
* Review proposed purchases for justification and adherence to standards.
Hardware
* Help plan and manage procurement, maintenance, and disposition of computer equipment.
* Accurately record and track current IT assets.
Phone Systems
* Provide local support for the Telecommunications Strategy.
Requirements:
Qualifications
* Relevant IT qualifications.
Experience
* Previous work experience of 1-2 years.
