We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Cloud Accounting department, overseeing client management, team leadership, and driving the adoption of cloud accounting software.
About the Role
* Lead the Cloud Accounting department, ensuring high service standards and team development.
* Manage and analyse management accounts, guaranteeing accuracy and client satisfaction.
* Train and mentor team members on cloud tools and best practices.
Client Management & Business Development
* Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on cloud accounting software.
* Develop strategies to attract new clients and drive revenue growth.
* Represent the firm at industry events and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Technical Expertise
* Proficiency in cloud accounting tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and engage in relevant certifications.
Operational Excellence
* Streamline processes and maintain a focus on quality.
* Contribute to the team culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
* AAC/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent preferred.
* Extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client management.
* Strong knowledge of cloud accounting software.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
