This is an exciting opportunity for a progressing administrator to embrace setting up and coordinating a site office with lots of opportunity to learn and develop. This role will involve working closely with a great team of Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Quantity Surveyor, Site Foreman, and Health and Safety Officer to ensure all administration functions are followed and maintained.
Hours: Monday to Friday 06:30 – 16:30 (flexible on times if required)
This is a site-based role and remote working / hybrid / work from home is not available.
Duties:
* Assist with site access and egress control
* Monitor all personnel entering and exiting the site, ensuring they are wearing correct PPE
* Report daily attendance and timesheets
* Carry out site safety inductions, registration of inductees and associated H&S checks
* Manage and take deliveries and check all paperwork
* Maintain material registers and docket systems
* Monitor and keep PROCORE system up to date and ensure all relevant documentation is filled correctly
* Photograph the site and maintain site registers
* Record and file health and safety records, including subcontractors' safety documentation
* Order cleaning & PPE supplies, signage, stationery, and waste skip control
* Issue PPE (helmets, hi-vis) to visitors
* Assist project team with clerical duties
* Clean site office, canteen, and welfare areas
* Serve as the point of contact for site team and subcontractor inquiries
* Deal with the public on any concerns and escalate to site management
* Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous construction site experience
* Safe Pass
* First Aid (training available)
* Good IT skills, MS Office, Excel and willing to learn web-based platforms
* Fluent English (verbal and written)
* Efficient, resourceful and motivated
* Confident, friendly, and a good communicator
* Must be able to deal with all levels of people from site crew, management, subcontractors, architects, clients, council, HSA, and general public
* Well presented and of smart appearance
* Have relevant permit to work in Ireland

* €33-€38k (subject to experience)
