Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, and creating candidate profiles.
* Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings throughout the recruitment lifecycle and assist the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
* Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system and provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment metrics and progress.
* Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates, coordinating interviews, assessments, and related activities.
* Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, overseeing recruitment databases and documentation, assisting in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, and participating in recruitment events to promote the company’s employer brand.
* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, legal requirements, and compliance with employment laws, compile and analyze recruitment metrics, generate regular reports for management, and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment processes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
* Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a related role.
* Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Showcase an understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in talent acquisition processes.
* Display proactive and self-motivated characteristics, along with a team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to effectively navigate and optimize the recruitment process.
* Uphold the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with adaptability and openness to change.
