We are expanding our team with a Technical Solution Architect who will work closely with clients to ensure the successful deployment, customisation, and adoption of Dimply's products.
About the role
As a Technical Solution Architect, you will be the principal technical point of contact for our clients—translating their business objectives into robust, scalable solutions via Dimply's platform. You'll handle everything from implementation and platform configuration to high-level solution design and client relationship management.
You will collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders (engineering, design, and product teams) and external client teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope. You'll be expected to provide best-practice guidance, diagnose technical issues, and ensure that client deployments are optimised for long-term success while identifying opportunities to expand services and drive additional value. You'll tap into your deep technical expertise to navigate complex integrations, orchestrate multi-vendor environments, and drive successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise and Architect Solutions
o Understand client requirements, map them to Dimply's platform capabilities, and design end-to-end technical solutions.
o Recommend best practices for development and integrations, ensuring smooth, scalable interoperability with third-party systems.
* Client & Partner Engagement
o Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technical challenges, product adoption, and best practices.
o Conduct workshops and technical discussions to align stakeholders on solution scope, feasibility, and benefits.
* Professional Services Delivery
o Contribute to scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements.
o Own and manage delivery timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
* Hands-On Implementation
o Lead or assist in building proof-of-concept and production-ready solutions using Dimply's platform and related technologies.
o Troubleshoot complex technical issues, overseeing resolution in collaboration with our Engineering and Support teams.
* Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities to enhance Dimply's service offerings based on client feedback and emerging trends.
o Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence feature enhancements, address gaps, and refine roadmaps.
What will make you successful
* Technical Expertise
o 8+ years in a technical role (e.g. Software Engineering, Solutions Architecture), with a strong engineering and development background.
o Previous Full-Stack Development experience, ideally with TypeScript, APIs, and modern integration patterns.
o Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions in a cloud-based or SaaS environment.
* Complex Problem-Solving
o Skilled at tackling open-ended technical challenges, especially in client-facing or unstructured environments.
o Comfortable orchestrating solutions across multi-vendor landscapes, integrations, and data flows.
* Client-Focused Mindset
o Previous experience in a customer-facing or consulting role, providing solutions that exceed client expectations.
o Exceptional communication and presentation skills, translating complex concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
o Ability to manage client expectations while building long-term trust.
* Business Acumen
o Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to assess business requirements and impact.
o Experience scoping and estimating professional services, managing project timelines, and identifying risks.
* Leadership & Collaboration
o Track record of driving internal strategic initiatives, championing best practices, and elevating team performance.
o Ability to work with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Product, and partner organisations—to deliver cohesive solutions.
