We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team and make an impact by supporting high-profile projects from inception to completion.

Your Responsibilities:
Project Management Support:
* Collaborate with Project Managers to track project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Maintain project documentation, coordinate with teams, and support overall project control.
* Deliver administrative support for successful project delivery.
Financial Oversight:
* Manage project budgets, including purchase orders, change orders, good receipts, and invoices.
* Monitor financial activities to ensure alignment with project goals and budgets.
* Submit funding requests, handle budget approvals, and track capital expenditure.
Administration and Tools:
* Leverage tools like TRIRIGA Project Management to activate projects, validate quotations, and track project progress.
* Support procurement processes, manage service receipts, and execute project close-outs.
* Monitor payment schedules and financial reporting.
Reporting & Budget Tracking:
* Maintain comprehensive databases and generate reports for budget and project performance reviews.
* Ensure project spending remains within established financial parameters.
What You Bring to the Table:
* A Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years’ experience in financial management, ideally in construction, facilities, or retail store build projects.
* Strong understanding of financial principles, including Budget, OPEX, and CAPEX.
* Proficiency in tools such as G Suite, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and other project tracking software.
* Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
* A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* Willingness to align with US time zones for project collaboration.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
* Hands-on experience in retail store build projects.
* Familiarity with TRIRIGA Project Management systems.
* Knowledge of procurement and financial management processes.
