Job Description:
1. Performs a variety of clerical and receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing visitors/callers to appropriate personnel.
2. Receives and routes telephone calls via multi-line phone system.
3. Provides clerical support to the buying staff in the Merchandising department.
4. Notifies appropriate contacts regarding telephone equipment issues.
Skills:
1. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
2. Must be able to perform basic computer functions in Microsoft Word and Excel including data entry.
3. Good organizational skills.
4. Good telephone etiquette.
5. Self-motivated.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
