Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with import/export laws.
2. Review and approve commercial invoices, packing lists, and airway bills.
3. Conduct pre-shipment research on trade and regulatory requirements.
4. Work closely with customs brokers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
5. Liaise with internal teams including Legal, Tax, and Trade Compliance.
6. Ensure timely customs clearance and resolve issues with delayed shipments.
7. Monitor and manage sensitive data, including PII and Denied Party Screening.
8. Assist with global audits and compliance reporting.
9. Maintain shipping documentation and performance reports.
10. Process Move Order Requests (MORs) across global warehouse locations.
11. Support approvals of Dangerous Goods shipments within 24 business hours.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, customs, or trade compliance.
2. Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and regulations.
3. Familiarity with FCPA, Anti-Bribery, and global customs standards.
4. Experience working with external vendors and government agencies is a plus.
5. Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy.
6. Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
8. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
