**Job Title:** Permanent HR Business Partner
**Location:** Dublin, Ireland
The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role and strong Employee Relations skills.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Provide solid HR support and guidance to the Leadership Team.
* Support management on issues such as employee relations, performance management, absence management, etc.
* Work with the business to develop effective onboarding programs.
* Review and propose improvements to existing recruitment strategies.
* Align business objectives with people management across the organization.
* Contribute to HR projects as required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment/HRBP role.
* CIPD qualification.
