Document Controller - Tralee
Sisk are delighted to be growing their team with the addition of a Document Controller in london for the Life Science Division.
Responsiblities:
1. Assisting with maintenance of office management systems – updating and maintaining office policies, procedures and drawing registers for projects.
2. Assisting with Collation of BCAR documentation & O&M Manuals.
3. Using electronic document management systems to control important documents (drawings, drawing register), upload of completion cert submissions, managing the flow of documentation and data to their uploader platform.
4. Assisting the Information Systems Lead in supporting the implementation of Vision Built systems and processes for the Common Data Environment and Digital Field Tool across all projects, through the supply chain and with design teams (where possible) for each project.
Requirements:
5. 4+ years’ experience working with MS Office, Teams, Viewpoint, SharePoint, Adobe PDF, PDF Exchange
6. 4+ years; experience working as an administrator in a professional, preferably construction or manufacturing related.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Strong organisation and time management skills
