KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess devices and their faults, organise parts and repair to a successful conclusion
Maintain established testing and quality control procedures put in place by the company
Input all results into the companies repair system
Improve quality and productivity within the working environment
Assist colleagues in enriching their skills, particularly focusing on troubleshooting
Share your experience and assist the development of colleagues while extending your own knowledge
Show passion within the repair and wider team
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Familiar with mobile technology or similar
Degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience in the electronic repair of iPhone, iPad, iWatch, Mac and Windows devices
Strong understanding and technical ability to use up-to-date technology, including MS
Strong excel skills – ability to use and or understand pivot tables, etc. is an advantage
Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Demonstrated leadership skills/team building & motivation skills
Demonstrated administrative, organisation & communication skills required
Self-motivation with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
Show a sense of urgency with the ability to keep your cool and grasp the bigger picture
Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment is essential, with or without supervision

Strong adherence and awareness of safety procedures throughout the facility – lead through example & encourage an environment where safety is a priority
