Reporting directly to the CFO this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance manager to join the team, you will lead the day to day finance function and business partner with the operational teams on budgets, forecasts and cashflow.. The Role: Develop and continually improve processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting Liaise with the commercial and operations teams on all projects and costings. Oversee cashflow forecasting and weekly/quarterly/annual budgets Manage the wider finance team and oversee the monthly reporting process Partner with the operational and commercial teams to achieve optimal efficiency and maximise profitability. Year end accounts prep and liaise with the external auditors. The Person: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Driven and ambitious individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced excel skills to include complex financial modelling. Experience of manufacturing desirable.
